摘    要:介绍了LV-23BC催化剂在抚顺石化分公司石油二厂1.5 ML/a重油催化裂化装置的应用情况。工业试验结果表明:在原料和主要操作条件基本不变的前提下,干气产率下降了0.72个百分点,焦炭产率下降了0.66个百分点,汽油产率提高了3.11个百分点,液化石油气产率上升了0.96个百分点,柴油产率下降了2.29个百分点,液体收率提高了1.28个百分点。说明LV-23BC催化剂具有较好的选择性,能够改善重油催化裂化装置的产品分布。

Abstract:The commercial application of LV-23BC catalyst in the 20 000 b/d heavy oil FCC unit was described. The operation results showed that,with the same feedstock and under the same operation conditions, the yields of dry gas,coke and diesel were reduced by 0.72,0.66 and 2.29 percent points respectively,and the productions of gasoline,LPG and liquid were increased by 3.11,0.96 and 1.28 percent points.All these confirm that LV-23BC catalyst has a good selectivity,which can improve the product distribution of heavy...
