| 摘 要： | 介绍新建废水装置工艺流程，控制系统采用西门子PLC作为控制核心，数据传输采用PROFINET总线方式为主线，Profibus—dp现场总线为支线的通讯模式，并与winCC的灵活组态相结合构成完美操作系统，采用PROFINET总线与管理层实现远程通讯，实现了工厂生产管理的科学性、稳定性、开放性，为整个装置的正常生产、远程监控、信息化管理提供了可靠保证。

| Abstract: | Abstract： Introduces the process of new wastewater device, control system adopts Siemens PLC as core of controlling, data transmission by using PROFINET bus as the main line, the Profibus- dp field bus communication mode of feeder, and flexible configuration and WinCC combined constitute the perfect operating system, To realize remote communication with PROFINET bus and the management, realizes the factory production management scientific, stability and open. For the whole device production, remote monitoring,information management provides reliable guarantee . |
