摘 要: | 最近一项由欧盟资助的项目NoTeReFiGa已完成,这一项目旨在从热量控制和提高纤维舒适度方面开发可调控温度的新型纤维和创新型纺织品。温度的调控是通过在纺织纤维中融入大量相变材料(PCM)这一新方法。当身体温度升高时,PCM会熔化,并吸收从身体发出的热量,以潜在形式储存起来(冷却效应);温度下降时,PCM结晶并将存储的热量再次释放(增温效应)。据推测,拥有这种内置热调节性能的服装,可根据外界环境温度和身体活动情况维持身体处于舒适的温度。介绍和总结了NoTeReFiGa项目所得出的结论。

Abstract: | The objective of the recently finalized Eu-funded research project NoTeReFiGa( http: / /extra. ivf. se /noterefiga) was to develop novel temperature regulating fibers and innovative textile products for thermal management and improved comfort. The temperature regulating effect is achieved by novel methods of incorporating large amounts of phase changing materials( PCM) in textile fibers. When the body temperature increases, the PCM melts and absorbs the heat from the body in the form of latent heat( cooling effect). When the temperature drops,the PCM crystallizes and the store heat is released again( warming effect). It is assumed that clothes with built-in thermo-regulating properties will provide maintained thermal comfort in difficult thermal environments and physical activity situations. The present communication describes and summarizes some of the findings arrived at during the NoTeReFiGa project. |
