| 摘 要： | 目的：比较安全剂量（〈400mg／m^2）内阿霉素与吡柔比星对于心脏毒性大小。方法：90名以阿霉素为主联合化疗和59名以吡柔比星为主联合化疗的老年肿瘤患者每次采用阿霉素或吡柔比星40mg／m^2静点，每疗程3次，每疗程之间间隔3周，分别于用药后1天，1周，2周复查心电图。结果：应用吡柔比星化疗方案进行化疗，其引起心电图改变的可能性远远低于应用阿霉素联合化疗方案的老年患者。结论；吡柔比星心脏毒性低于阿霉素。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the cardiotoxicity of Pirarubilion(THP) with that of Adriamyc in(ADM) .Method: Cardiotoxic actions were evaluated with electrocardiog - raphic parameters in 90 elderly patients with cancer after chemotherapy with ADM combination and in 59 patients with THP combination .Results:Cadiotoxicity occurred more frequently in the elderly patients treated with combination containing ADM than those treated with combination containing THP.Conclusion: THP has less Cardiotoxicity than ADM. |
