摘    要: 随着工业互联网平台技术的不断提升,高炉炼铁领域的数字化和智能化升级势在必行。为了解决高炉炼铁信息自动化体系在数据采集、存储、分析及应用等方面存在的问题,迫切需要构建高炉炼铁工业互联网平台。论述了工业互联网平台的发展现状,针对高炉炼铁领域的数据分析挖掘需求,搭建高炉炼铁工业互联网平台。阐述了平台整体架构中边缘层、基础设施层、平台层和应用层的结构逻辑,通过工业互联网技术实现数据传输、存储、处理、调度、业务建模、数据交互分析、智能应用等多项功能。探讨了基于平台以解决生产实际痛点为出发点的智能应用的建立过程。高炉炼铁工业互联网平台的建立对炼铁工业的转型升级具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:With the continuous improvement of the technology of the industrial internet platform, the digitalization and intelligent upgrading of the blast furnace ironmaking sector is imperative. To solve the problems in data collection, storage, analysis, and application in the field of blast furnace ironmaking, it is necessary to build an industrial internet platform for blast furnace ironmaking. The current status of industrial internet platforms and builds an industrial internet platform for blast furnace ironmaking in response to the actual needs of data analysis in the field of ironmaking were described. The article explains the logic of the edge layer, infrastructure layer, platform layer, and application layer in the overall architecture of the platform. The functions of data transmission, data storage, data processing, data scheduling, business modeling, data interaction and analysis, and intelligent applications are realized through industrial internet technology. The process of building smart applications with the starting point of solving real pain points in production is explored. The establishment of an industrial internet platform for blast furnace ironmaking has important practical significance for the transformation and upgrading of the ironmaking industry.
