摘    要: 钢铁是经济社会发展不可或缺的重要基础材料,钢铁产业是国民经济的重要基础产业。分析研究了钢铁制造流程的物理本质和主要特征,以冶金流程工程学的观点阐述了现代钢铁制造流程功能拓展的重大意义。阐述了钢铁冶金工程知识体系及其发展演化进程,论述了基础科学、技术科学和工程科学知识体系的形成与发展历程,指出冶金流程工程学是宏观冶金学,是面向钢铁冶金全流程和产业层次的工程科学。研究分析了在冶金流程工程学指导下现代钢铁冶金工程设计体系和方法的创新,阐释了概念设计、顶层设计和动态精准设计的理念、内涵和方法;介绍了首钢京唐钢铁厂的工程设计创新及其应用实绩。

Abstract:Iron and steel is an indispensable basic material for economic and social development,and iron and steel industry is an important basic industry of national economy. The physical essence and main characteristics of iron and steel manufacturing process is analyzed,and the great significance of the function expansion for modern iron and steel manufacturing process in terms of metallurgical process engineering is expounded. The knowledge system of iron and steel metallurgical engineering and its developing evolution process are expounded,and the formation and development course of basic science,technological science and engineering science knowledge system are discussed. The facts that metallurgical process engineering is macro metallurgy,and it is an engineering science facing the whole manufacturing process and industrial level of iron and steel metallurgy are described. The design system and method innovation of modern iron and steel metallurgical engineering under the guidance of metallurgical process engineering are investigated and analyzed. The philosophy,connotation and method for concept design,top level design and dynamic precision design connotation and method are expounded,and the engineering design innovation and its application achievements of Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel Plant are introduced.
