| 摘 要： | 中小企业如何成功实施ERP是我国经济建设中亟待解决的问题。基于企业的视角，必须十分重视ERP实施中的细节：正确地认识ERP；强调企业的主体意识；选择合适的ERP解决方案；重视知识转移；正确处理ERP与BPR的关系；加强基础数据子系统建设，注重项目管理。

| Abstract: | How to implement ERP successfully in small and medium-sized enterprises is an important problem demanding prompt solution in Chinese economic development. Enterprises should lay great stress on the following details when implementing ERP：correctly understand ERP,stress enterprises＇ awareness of subjects, select suitable ERP resolution program,emphasize knowledge transfer;correctly deal with the relationship between ERP and BPR, strengthen the construction of basic data subsystem, and stress project management. |
