摘    要:本文提出了一种基于USB总线技术的数字电路板功能测试系统设计方案。本系统采用Cypress公司推出的EZ-USB单片机中的AN2131QC芯片作为USB接口控制芯片,采用了Lattice公司推出的ISP芯片作为系统核心控制部分。系统内部采用自定义总线结构,测试资源设计遵循模块化、标准化的设计思想,整个系统具有可靠性高、扩展灵活、测试性好等优点。

Abstract:A scheme of function test system for digital circuit boads based on USB bus technology is put forward in the paper. The system adopts AN2131QC chip that is produced by Cypress Company. We adopt ISP chip that is produced by Lattice as the key control portion of the whole system. Custom bus architecture is adopted in the system, at the same time the design of test resources followed modular, standard design idea. The whole system has the follow virtues, such as high reliability, expansibility, testability and so on.
