| 摘 要： | 加工中心换刀时出现故障非常普遍。以数控系统配置为FANUC Oi-Mate的VMC1000C立式加工中心为例,讨论了换刀系统常见的掉刀故障诊断及排除方案,加工中心由于输入数据不规范和系统参数受到干扰不执行换刀故障诊断与排除方案,加工中心机械手换刀故障诊断与排除方案。

| Abstract: | There is widespread failure speed machining center tool-change.By the VMC 1000C Oi-Mate FANUC CNC vertical machining center as an example.Common cutter knife of the swap program to diagnose and repair the fault.Since the importation of non-standard data processing center and the implementation of ATC system is not subject to interference parameters fault diagnosis and exclusion program.Machining Center manipulator fault diagnosis and rule out speed program. |
