摘    要:本文以P.O.42.5级水泥为主要胶凝材料,以陶砂、陶粒为骨料,加入适量的粉煤灰、硅灰辅助胶凝材料和复合外加剂及聚丙烯纤维来配制轻骨料混凝土。此种配制可增加混凝土的流动性、匀质性、稳定性和保水性,减少其收缩性,同时克服轻骨料混凝土强度和保温性能的矛盾。在此基础上,研制出了LC20级的结构保温混凝土,其强度和保温性能均可完全满足蒸压加气混凝土砌块自保温承重墙体的构造柱、圈梁或框架等混凝土构件的要求。

Abstract:In this paper,the structural insulation concrete of grade LC20 was prepared.In this kind of concrete,the cement of grade P.O.42.5 was used as the main cementing material,the shale pottery and shale haydite were added as the light aggregate,and the fly slag and silica fume were added as the auxiliary cementing material with composite additive and polypropylene fiber.With this ratio,the fluidity,homogeneity,stability and water-retaining property of concrete were improved and the contractility was decreased.Th...
