CC-Link在改性沥青防水卷材改性沥青配料系统中的设计

摘    要:利用CC-Link系统设计开发了一种全新的改性沥青防水卷材改性沥青配料系统,该配料系统具有抗干扰能力强,运行稳定可靠,项目调试和日常维护简便,施工简单、布线方便,施工工期短,性价比高等优点。介绍了CC-Link系统的硬件设计、软件设计及其在改性沥青防水卷材生产上的应用。

Abstract:A new modified asphalt batching system for modified asphalt waterproofing membrane,which was attractive in terms of anti-interference ability,stability,commissioning and daily maintenance,was developed using CC-Link system.Moreover,it had other advantages such as simple wiring,short construction period,high cost-effectiveness and so on.This paper introduces hardware and software design of CC-Link system and its application in modified asphalt waterproofing membrane production.
