直接空冷凝汽器防冻方法研究

摘    要:针对发电机组直接空冷凝汽器冬季环境温度较低时易发生凝汽器管束冻结的问题,在对传统防冻措施进行分析的基础上,结合直接空冷凝汽器的结构特点,提出了一套安全、可靠、有效的防冻方法。结果表明:利用电动卷闸门装置进行空冷凝汽器的防冻,与传统防冻方法相比有着安全可靠、可操作性好、及时性强、防冻效果显著等优点。

Abstract:Direct air-cooled condenser of power generating unit is liable to occure condenser tubes freezing in lower temperature of winter, aiming at the problem, analyzing the traditional preventing frostbite measures and combining with the structure characteristic of direct air-cooled condenser, puts forward a set of safe and reliable prevent frostbite measures. The result shows that using the elec- tric shutters device to prevent frostbite of direct air-cooled condenser has prominent maneuverability, timeliness, preventing frostbite effect and on the safe side.
