液力偶合器滤油系统改造

摘    要:针对电动给水泵液力偶合器滤油系统在实际运行中滤油难的问题,从液力偶合器滤油系统实际管路布置情况入手,分析原因并对原系统进行了改造。结果表明:引起液力偶合器在运行中滤油难的主要原因是系统管路设计、布置不合理;改造方案实施后,大大减轻操作人员的劳动强度,增加了油系统滤油能力,节省了人力和滤油时间。

Abstract:It' s hard to filter oil in practical operation of hydraulic coupling with motor-driven feed water pump, starting with the practical pipe line configuration of oil filtration system of hydraulic cou- pling, analyzes the cause of the problem and improves the original system. The result shows that the de- sign and arrangement irrationality of system pipe line is the main reason caused oil filtration difficulty in the operation of hydraulic coupling; and after the improvement scheme to actualize, greatly reduces the work intensity of the operators, increases oil filtration capability, saves manpower and oil filtering time.
