| 摘 要： | 随着《城乡规划法》的实施,省域城镇体系规划修编将重点围绕公共政策职能展开。新一轮规划修编的重点将突出资源环境评价、适应发展转型的城市化战略的制定、城镇功能体系重构和发展指引、空间管制的落实、以部门协调为核心的空间资源分配等方面。在规划编制和管理上,重点是信息标准化制定和省域空间数据库系统的建设,建立省域城乡规划信息系统,着眼于省级政府事权,促进省域城镇体系规划上升为调控省域资源分配的综合性空间规划。
