特高浓度有机膦氨氮废水预处理工艺研究

摘    要:以乙膦铝为代表的特高浓度有机膦氨氮废水预处理,通过ClO2催化氧化和常温常压、高温常压、高温高压碱解试验工艺的比较发现,一段预处理以高温高压碱解工艺为优,有机膦、氨氮和CODCr的削减率可分别达94.4%,96.3%和85.5%;二段预处理工艺则以投加Fe2 为宜,在控制足够高的水温和Fe2 /TP值条件下,有机膦的浓度去除率可达68%.为后续的进一步处理创造了有利条件.

Abstract:Pretreatment of wastewater contains very high concentration of organic phosphine (aluminum ethyl phosphine as main) is researched experimentally by processes of ClO2 catalytic oxidation and basic decomposition at conditions of normal temperature and normal pressure, high temperature and normal pressure,high temperature and high pressure. The results show that the high temperature and high pressure basic decomposition is the best at the first stage of pretreatment, removals of 94.4%, 96.3% and 85.5% are obtained for organic phosphine, ammonia nitrogen and CODCr respectively. The Fe2 chemical treatment is suitable for the second stage of pretreatment, in case when the water temperature is high enough and the Fe2 /TP is proper, removal of 68% could be get for organic phosphine, it is very helpful for further wastewater treatment.
