Determining emissivity and true surface temperature by means of a pyrometer and an attachment

We examine a method of measuring the true surface temperature by means of a pyrometer with an adiabatic attachment designed to eliminate the introduction of a correction factor for emissivity. We propose a method of determining the emissivity by means of two pyrometers with cold and adiabatic attachments.
