| 摘 要： | 研究了在氧化铝催化剂上 ,苯胺与乙醚气相N -乙基化反应的动力学 ,得到了幂函数型动力学模型。动力学试验表明 ,当内循环无梯度反应器的转速超过 80 0r/min及催化剂粒度大于 40目时 ,即可排除内外扩散对反应的影响。建立了幂式速率模型 ,并采用非线性最小二乘法对模型参数进行了估值 ,计算值与试验值一致性较好。利用线性回归对两步反应的活化能进行了计算。

| Abstract: | N -alkylation of aniline by diethyl ether on Al 2O 3 was studied.The kinetic experiments were carried out in the inner non-gradient reactor,and a power model was set up which coincided with the experimental data. Finally,the activation energies of two steps of the reaction were calculated. |
