三光纤补偿式位移传感器的研究

摘    要:研究了三光纤补偿式位移传感器的原理和性能,根据光纤出射端面的近似光强分布,数值计算了三光纤传感器中接收光纤接收光强与位移的关系和补偿后的输出特性,并对此输出特性进行了实验测量.结果表明数值计算结果和测量结果一致,两根接收光纤各自的线性范围较小,补偿后的三光纤位移传感器不仅能改善测量的线性度,而且能在一定程度上放大传感器的线性测量范围.三光纤补偿式位移传感器不仅能有效地消除光源输出强度波动、表面反射率不同和光纤传输损耗引起的测量误差,而且能有效的提高传感器的线性测量范围.

Abstract:The theory and performance of the tri-fiber optical displacement sensor are discussed in this paper.The relation of intensity with displacement and output characteristics of the tri-fiber compensation sensor is numerically simulated base on the optical field distribution of output end of fiber,and the test results are also given.The simulated results and the experimental results are consistent and the linear range and linearity of the two fiber sensor are less than the tri-fiber compensation sensor.The tri-fiber compensation sensor can not only eliminate the influence caused by power fluctuation of light source and variety of surface reflectivity,but also improve the linear range and linearity.
