| 摘 要： | 应用XRF靶线内标法测定Au的X—荧光谱线的强度,以此来测定饰品的金覆盖层的厚度,可以克服饰品的几何形状的影响。本文选择Rh的K_α线为内标线,Au的L_β线为分析线,以Au的L_β线强度对Rh的K_α线强度的比值为变量,研究了该比值与金覆盖层厚度的函数关系,以此测定金覆盖层的厚度,本方法测定金覆盖层厚度范围为0—5μm,测定结果与标称值的相对偏差≤15％。

| Abstract: | The target line inter-standard method of XRF is applied to determinate the thickness of gold coating. The method may eliminate the influence from surface shape of the sample effectively. The thickness determination range is 0-5 μm, the relative deviation≤15%. |
