氧化物冶金技术应用及进展

摘    要:氧化物冶金是利用钢中细小非金属夹杂物诱导晶内铁素体形核细化晶粒的新技术。应用氧化物冶金技术已成功开发出了高强度高韧性的非调质钢和低碳钢。文章讨论了氧化物冶金类型钢的显微组织特征,分析了钢中非金属夹杂物的性质和晶内铁素体的形核机理,简述了氧化物冶金技术的应用前景。利用钢中细小的氧化物,通过促进晶内针状铁素体形核明显改善焊接热影响区的组织,成为大线能量焊接用钢有效的技术途径。

Abstract:Oxides metallurgy is defined as a new technology for refining grain by using dispersion of fine nonmetallic inclusions as intra-granular ferrite nucleated sites.The oxides metallurgy technology has been successfully used to develop high strength and high toughness non-tempered steel and low carbon steel.The microstructures of oxides metallurgy steels are discussed,the natures of nonmetallic inclusions and the mechanisms of intra-granular ferrite formation nucleation in oxides metallurgy steels are analyzed....
