| Abstract: | The new process developed by Benninger for controlled relaxation and simultanous removal of silicone and knitting oils from gray knitted fabric is described. It has been demonstrated a number of times that further processing is possible without heat setting. The process is suitable for finishers processing knitwear both continuously open width and also discontinuously in rope form. |
