论“编辑学者化”的提出及其意义

摘    要:人们提出“编辑学者化”,概括起来,出发点不外乎两种:一种是囿于对编辑职业的认识未能走出误区;另一种是出于对编辑人员提出更高的要求。它们提出的角度虽然不同,但却起到“异曲同工”之作用。第一意见可以引起人们思考促进人产正视这个问题,第二种意见可以从辨证的角度深化这个问题。它们都希望编辑成为学者式的编辑;对编辑出版事业的发展,对编辑为社会作出更大的贡献都是不可低估的。

Abstract:The idea of "Scholarization of Editors" put forward for consideration may be summarized in two points. The first is based on the need to help get out of the fallacies pertaining to the editorial circle. The second is aiming at setting high and more deman ding requirements of editors. Although they view from different angles, they function in the same direction. The first point enables people to think over and squarely face the problem. The second point will help view the problem deeply and dialectically. Both points are asking editors to become scholarized, which, in turn, will help develop the editorial and publication career, making contribution not to be underestimated.
