卧式脉冲萃取器研究

摘    要:通过对卧式脉冲柱(HPC)的改进、设计制造了方形及圆形卧式脉冲萃取器,并进行了水力学和传质试验。试验结果证明,这种新型脉冲萃取器的萃取体积效率同立式脉冲筛板萃取柱相近,具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:he rectangular and cylindrical horizontal pulsed extractors were designed and manufactured bymeans of improving horizontal pulsed column(HPC).The hydrodynamic and mass transfer tests on theextractors have been conducted.The results of experiments show that the volume extraction efficiencyof horizontal pulsed extractors is same as that of vertical pulsed column(VPC).So the new type extrac-tors possess a good applieation perspective.
