摘    要:橙皮中含有陈皮甙属二氢黄酮类,它最显着的作用是具有抗氧化性,因此可将其提纯后加入到食品中,制成具有抗自由基的功能性食品.

Abstract:Chenpi dai is one of effective ingredients of orange peel. The text has studied the nature of anti - free - cooperation and the best method to extract the chenpi dai from orange peel. It has also studied the chenpi dai which used as the antioxidant in the food.
