智能交流接触器动态仿真和实验研究

摘    要:仿真了智能交流接触器的动态特性,分析了智能控制对其特性的影响和优化。基于多段电压控制,通过改变输入控制PWM占空比调整线圈电压。应用AN-SYS软件计算静态电磁吸力,应用ADAMS软件计算动态过程中的速度、加速度和触头行程。与普通接触器比较,该智能交流接触器触头弹跳和能耗明显减少。

Abstract:The dynamic characteristic of intelligent AC contactor was simulated,then the effect on characteristic by intelligent control and optimization were analyzed.Based on multi-segment voltage control,coil voltage was adjusted by changing input to control PWM duty cycle.The static electromagnetic attraction was reckoned by ANSYS.The speed,acceleration and contact route in dynamic process was calculated by ADAMS.Compared with common contactor,the contact bounce and energy consumption of intelligent AC contactor w...
