离心转子式空气选粉机的研制

摘    要:介绍了离心转子式空气选粉机的基本原理及特性,并采用水泥生料进行了分级性能试验,结果表明这种选粉机适用于水泥干法圈流粉磨系统,选粉效率在83%以上,分级精度可稳定在0.75以上。具有很高的推广应用价值。

Abstract:The basic principles and characteristics of a centrifugal rotor air classifier are introduced.The tact for classifying performance of cement raw materials was carried out. The results show that this classifier is suitable for the circular system of cement grinding. The classifying efficiency is over 83% and the classifying precision is higher than 0.75. This classifier promises a very high value in popularization and application.
