| 摘 要： | 结合生产实践,对本钢回转窑生产供转炉炼钢用高质量石灰进行研究。通过制定严格可行的石灰石入窑技术条件,合理配矿,保证入窑石灰石成分及粒度满足回转窑生产工艺及生产高质量活性石灰的要求。摸索出合适的煅烧温度、煅烧时间等工艺制度。可生产出较高活性度及较低灼烧减量的质量水平高且质量稳定的活性石灰。满足转炉冶炼汽车板、石油管线等高附加值产品的要求,达到满意的冶金效果。
