| 摘 要： | 为减少工艺流程中的有害泡沫，研制了一种聚醚有机硅消泡剂。在Pt催化剂的作用下，利用端基含氢硅油与烯丙基聚醚发生硅氢加成反应制备聚醚有机硅(PESO)，并对其进行结构表征和应用。探讨了不同结构的PESO对消泡剂性能的影响，结果表明：端基型烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚有机硅复配的消泡剂具有水分散性好，消泡迅速，抑泡时间长等特点，尽管消泡剂的抑泡性能随PESO数均分子质量的增大可得到明显改善，但同时消泡剂的外观效果及贮存稳定性受到了很大的限制。
