摘    要:利用原子吸收光谱对轻质碳酸钙、高岭土、滑石粉、二氧化钛等常用造纸填料的元素组成进行分析,测定不同浓度填料悬浮液的ζ电位,研究填料对H2O2稳定性的影响.结果表明,填料悬浮液的ζ电位均为负值,并且随着填料加入量的增加,ζ电位的绝对值增加,至一定量时,ζ电位的绝对值略有下降.不同填料对H2O2的催化分解及HO·自由基的产生量的影响明显不同.适当的填料量对改善H2O2稳定性有益.

Abstract:The element composition of precipitated calcium carbonate, kaolin, talcum powder and titanium dioxide was analyzed by meansof atomic-absorption spectrometer. The zeta potential of their slurry with various solid content was measured. The influence of fillers on thedecomposition of alkaline hydrogen peroxide was studied in the absence of pulp. The results showed that the negative zeta potential of fillerslurry would be raised as the increase of filler content. The fillers have a great influence on stabilization of hydrogen peroxide. Differentfiller will affect the hydrogen peroxide bleaching of the secondary fibers greatly. Appropriate amount of filler will be beneficial to the stabi-lization of hydrogen peroxide.
