摘    要:针对高强度开采综放工作面区段煤柱合理宽度留设问题,以王家岭煤矿为工程背景,通过钻孔窥视勘探基本顶断裂线位置阐明了巷道围岩的非对称破坏特征;建立了综放工作面侧向基本顶破断结构模型,推导出了沿空侧巷道顶板范围内弯矩表达式;采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件分析了不同煤柱宽度下巷道围岩应力与屈服区演化特征,确定了合理煤柱宽度为8 m;基于N2103回风平巷留设8 m护巷煤柱时顶板弯矩变化规律,提出了巷道围岩的非对称控制技术,并进行现场应用。结果表明:顶板、煤柱帮和实体煤帮位移量在工作面回采期间分别为216 mm、198mm和121 mm,巷道控制效果明显。

Study on Reasonable Pillar Width and Control Technology of Gob-side Roadway Driving in Fully Mechanized Caving in Wangjialing Coal Mine

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of reasonable width of coal pillars in high-strength fully mechanized caving face, taking Wangjialing Coal Mine as the engineering background, the asymmetric failure characteristics of surrounding rock of roadway are clarified by peeping the position of basic roof fracture line in borehole exploration, the lateral basic roof fracture structure model of fully mechanized caving face is established, and the expression of bending moment in the roof range of roadway along goaf side is deduced using FLAC3D numerical model. The simulation software analyzed the evolution characteristics of stress and yield zone of roadway surrounding rock under different pillar widths, and determined that the reasonable pillar width was 8 m. Based on the variation law of roof bending moment when 8 m pillar was retained in N2103 return air drift, the asymmetric control technology of roadway surrounding rock was put forward and applied in the field. The results show that the displacement of the roof, coal pillar and solid coal is 216 mm, 198 mm and 121 mm during the picks the period, and the roadway control effect is obvious.
