环境应力的威布尔比例风险模型的剩余寿命预测

针对传统的剩余寿命预测未直接考虑环境应力对寿命影响的问题，提出一种应用比例风险模型进行剩余寿命的预测。运用比例风险模型，以威布尔分布作为基准失效函数，环境应力作为协变量，建立威布尔比例风险模型，利用同类装备的历史寿命数据进行模型参数估计，并通过仿真实例验证了模型的可行性。仿真结果表明，该模型可提高剩余寿命预测的准确性。

Residual Life Prediction of Weibull Proportional Risk Model forEnvironmental Stress

The traditional remaining life prediction fails to directly consider the impact of environmental stress on life, the proportional hazard mode for remaining life prediction is proposed. Based on proportional hazard mode, use the Weibull distribution as the baseline failure function, the environmental stress as the covariate, establish proportional hazard model.Uses the historical life data of similar equipment to estimate the model parameters, the feasibility of the model is verified by simulation example. The simulation results show that the model can improve the accuracy of the remaining life prediction.
