摘    要:为提高民用气象雷达在三维设计过程中协同设计效率,文中提出采用基于参数化的多骨架模型Top-Down设计方法,解析有关概念并阐述参数化多骨架模型Top-Down建模过程。该过程首先统一雷达在系统内放置方向以及命名规则;其次,建立雷达总装模型,并在雷达总装模型下建立参数骨架模型、位置骨架模型、总体设计骨架模型以及各分系统模型及总装模型下的零件,并在各对应骨架模型下建立参数、位置以及总体设计布局;最后,在骨架模型之间以及骨架模型与各分系统模型之间建立参数传递,基于参数骨架模型建立参数汇总表进行参数控制。将该方法应用到气象雷达设计过程中,通过对参数化多骨架模型Top-Down研究以及实际应用,验证了该方法可提高协同设计效率,为数字化及智能制造提供技术基础。

Abstract:In order to improve the collaborative design efficiency of civil weather radar in the three-dimensional design process, a multi-skeleton model Top-Down design method based on parameterization is proposed related concepts is analyzed and the parameterized multi-skeleton model Top-Down modeling process is expanded in this paper. The process firstly unifies the radar placement direction and naming rules in the system, then establishes the radar assembly model, and builds the parameter skeleton model, position skeleton model, and overall under the radar assembly model, and establishes the parameters, position and overall design layout under each corresponding skeleton model. Finally, establish parameter transfer between the skeletons model and between the skeleton model and each subsystem model, based on the parameters. The skeleton model establishes a parameter summary table for parameter control. Finally, the method is applied to the weather radar design process. Through the research and practical application of parametric multi-skeleton model Top-Down, it is verified that this method can improve the efficiency of collaborative design and provide technical basis for digital and intelligent manufacturing.
