基于水力空化原理倒出装药的模拟与实验

摘    要:为解决目前通用废旧弹药战斗部装药倒空处理方法存在的不足,对基于水力空化原理倒出装药进行了模拟与实验研究。探讨空化水射流侵蚀破碎装药的作用机理和主要影响因素,在自行搭建的实验装置上,以钝黑铝药柱为对象对模拟结果进行实验验证。结果表明:空化水射流中轴线速度总体趋势逐渐衰减。压力与药块粒径成反比关系,最佳入口压力范围为20~30 MPa,最佳靶距范围为8~20 mm。

Simulation and Experiment of Reversing Charge Based on Hydraulic Cavitation
Abstract:In order to solve the shortcomings of the current method of emptying the waste ammunition warhead, thispaper simulates and experimentally studies the charge based on the principle of hydraulic cavitation. The mechanism andmain influencing factors of cavitation water jet erosion and crushing charge are discussed. On the experimental device builtby ourselves, the simulation results are verified by the A-IX-II column. The results show that the overall trend of the axialvelocity of the cavitation water jet is gradually decaying. The pressure is inversely proportional to the particle size and theoptimum inlet pressure range is 20-30 MPa, and the optimal target range is 8-20 mm.
