| 摘 要： | 非洲是全球能源资源优化配置的关键地区,非洲的国际地位和影响力也在持续提升。随着全球经济疲软,以美国、欧洲为代表的发达经济体对非双向贸易、对非直接投资、对非援助均大幅缩减,国际矿业公司也开始缩减对非投资并剥离部分非洲资产。中国与非洲在政治经贸领域的合作不断升级,对非矿业投资也持续加大,权益产量不断增加。本文认为,中国对非矿业投资应搭上中非合作关系发展的便车,抓得住国际矿业公司撤离的战略机遇期,提高非洲矿业权益,以保障我国能源资源安全,但需警惕投资国政策变动和矿业市场风险。
