Abstract:A duble-layer model for distribution network voltage optimization with LWSTG integrated is proposed in this paper,from the perspective of both planning and operation. In the upper-level model,the fluctuation of low wind speed and load,along with the characteristics of load customer behavior are taken into consideration. And a multi-objective programming approach aiming at minimizing power loss,voltage deviation,voltage stability index and the total investment of dispersed wind power is established. Besides,the optimal location of static var compensator(SVC)is obtained using the Q-V curve method. In the lowerlevel model,a reactive power control strategy for coordinate voltage regulation by LWSTG and SVC based on fuzzy logic is proposed. Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified via test system simulation and the overall voltage distribution of the network is improved obviously.
