无人机倾斜摄影技术在电力巡线树障检测中的实践应用研究

摘    要:为解决目前贵州电网电力巡线工作中人工巡检存在精度低、效率慢、智能化水平低等问题,本文结合无人机倾斜摄影技术的工作原理,对输电线路杆塔、通道及周边环境进行无人机航飞、建模,形成电力线通道三维点云,利用自动匹配的导线精确计算出树障距离和位置。即将无人机倾斜摄影技术用于电力线巡检,可在恢复输电线路通道三维点云的基础上实现树障的定量化检测,探索出一种无人机智能电力巡线新方法。本文将从无人机航空摄影方法、地表三维点云重建方法、导线三维重建方法和树线距离量测方法四个方面,重点分析无人机倾斜摄影技术在电力巡线树障巡检作业中的工作原理和流程,并结合一线巡检班组的实验数据,阐述其在实践中的具体应用。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of low precision, low efficiency and low intelligence level of manual inspection in the current power line inspection work of Guizhou Power Grid, this paper combines the working principle of UAV tilt photography technology to carry out UAV flight and modeling on transmission line towers, passages and surrounding environment, form a three-dimensional point cloud of power line channel, and accurately calculate the tree obstacle distance by using automatically matched power line position. The UAV tilt photography technology is used for power line inspection, which can realize the quantitative detection of tree obstacles on the basis of restoring the three-dimensional point cloud of transmission line channels, and explore a new method of UAV intelligent power line inspection. This paper will focus on the UAV aerial photography method, the surface 3D point cloud reconstruction method, the wire 3D reconstruction method and the tree-line distance measurement method, focusing on the analysis of the UAV tilt photography technology in the power inspection tree obstacle inspection operation. The working principle and process, combined with the experimental data of the first-line inspection team, explain its specific application in practice.
