为促进天津市基础地理信息数据的共建共享,天津市测绘院依据国家标准,结合天津市基础测绘的实际经验,以实用性和可操作性为基本原则,编写天津市基础地理信息要素数据字典第一部分：1∶500、1∶2 000。该标准的制定既保证了生产过程的规范化、标准化,又保证了数据的质量,实现各部门的数据共享,避免了数据的重复生产。

For the sake of the Tianjin-based geographical information establishment and shared,Tianjin Institute of Surveying and Mapping designs the Data dictionary for Tianjin-based geographical information——Part 1∶Specifications for 1∶500 & 1∶2000 maps.The basic principle for the designing is that the criterion must be available and has maneuverability,based on the correlative national criterions,combined practical experience of Tianjin Fundamental Surveying and Mapping.The criterion not only ensures the standardization of production procedure but also ensures the quality of data,realizes the data share between each department and avoids the repeated data manufacture.
