| 摘 要： | 近年来我国电力发展迅速,电站锅炉用管需求急增。简述了太钢从炼钢到制管的装备和生产情况,以及对TP347H无缝钢管的表面质量、几何尺寸、化学成分、金相组织、晶粒度、非金属夹杂物、室温力学性能、晶间腐蚀试验、工艺性能等常规评定试验结果。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of power industry in recent years,domestic demand for utility boiler pipe has increased obviously.This article briefly discusses main equipment and operating conditions of Taiyuan Iron and Steel(Group) Co,Ltd from smelting to rolling of seamless pipe,as well as conventional qualification test results of TP347H seamless steel pipe including surface quality, dimension,chemical composition,metallurgical structure,grain size,non-metallic inclusion,mechanical property at room temperature,inter-granular corrosion behavior and process property. |
