| 摘 要： | 介绍航空发动机用1×4+6×19+IW S-5.5 mm整体反馈钢索的开发研制过程及主要技术。对原材料和预张拉方法进行改进。采用液压接头和火焰钎焊的工艺保证了接头的强度,并对自制和国外进口产品的主要性能进行试验和对比分析。

| Abstract: | To introduce the research and developing process and main technology of 1×4+6×19+IWS-5.5mm perfect feedback wire rope for aeroengine.The raw materials and the pretension method are improved.The strength of the connecting axle is satisfied by using the technology of hydraulic pressure and frame braze welding.The property test of the feedback wire rope made in the Co.is analyzed and compared with that of import one. |
