摘    要:采用FLUENT软件模拟研究将两支传统连铸用浸入式水口应用于薄带连铸布流系统中,通过设计正交试验分析了分配器侧孔面积比(S)、侧孔倾角(α)、两分配器间距(L)对布流器布流均匀性及液面波动的影响。结果表明,分配器侧孔倾角对布流影响是显著的,分配器侧孔面积比及两分配器间距对布流影响不显著。分配器侧孔倾角为0°、两分配器间距为800 mm、分配器侧孔面积比1.1为最优分配器结构参数。

Abstract:Mathematical simulation was carried out to investigate application of two sub-merged nozzles of CC process in twin-roll strip casting flow distribution system by FLUENT software. The ratio of outlet area to inlet area of nozzle (S),the angle between center line of outlet and horizontal direction (α) and the level distance between two nozzles (L) on metal stream distribution uniformity and level fluctuation in distributor were analyzed .The results show that the effect of α is significant while the effect of S and L are not. The optimal structural parameters of nozzle were found when α value was 0°,L value was 800 mm and S value is 1.1.
