| Abstract: | Robust estimation is usually applied into survey adjustment model. Its effect is to resist or to weaken the influence of gross error. On the basis of expounding briefly the principle of robust estimation,the paper points out the problems, such as to build criterion function with residual error V which replaces true error, residual error V of least squares estimation is regarded as preliminary value of weight function etc., which are needed to be further deliberated, so that the effect of robust estimation can be heightened. |
