磁场影响铝的阳极氧化膜的形成与封闭的研究

摘    要:用浸酸失重法研究了磁场对铝的阳极氧化膜的形成及其封闭处理的影响,磁场可以增大膜胞,减小氧化膜的空隙率,提高氧化膜常温封闭和水解盐封闭的封孔度,改善氧化膜的封闭质量。

Abstract:The effect of magnetic field on the formation and sealing of anodizing film was investigated.This result showed that magnetic field could increase the size of film cell,and reduce the porosity of anodizing film.With magnetic field applied,an increase was also observed in the sealing degree of anodizing film using either room temperature sealing treatment or hydrolytic salt sealing treatment,at the same time,its sealing quality was improved.
