厚板精冲过程的数值模拟仿真及其参数优化

摘    要:针对厚板精冲过程中的各种问题,根据其工艺特点,建立了精冲计算力学模型,并分析了厚板精冲过程的力学状态。利用有限元模拟软件Deform,对1035钢8mm的厚板精冲进行了模拟,采用NormalC&L断裂准则,分析了裂纹的产生与扩展机理以及影响厚板精冲的关键因素,进一步优化了相关工艺参数。结果表明,有限元数值模拟可以有效地优化厚板精冲工艺,为提高精冲模具寿命和冲压质量提供了依据。

Abstract:Aimed at the problems of thick plate fine blanking process,a computational mechanics model based on its characteristic was established to analyze the mechanical state of the process.Deform was used to simulate fine blanking process of ANSI 1035 steel with 8mm thickness.Normal C&L fracture criteria was adopted to analyze the mechanism of crack ini-tiation and extension,and key factors which may influence fine blanking quality for further process parameter optimization were also discussed.The results indicate that FE numerical simulation could effectively optimize fine blanking process and offer basis for fine blanking tool life and quality improvement.
