钢结构架空管道支架的设计

摘    要:管道支架属于特种结构,管架和管道两者形成一个空间体系而共同工作。根据不同管架的结构特征,合理选择管架类型,确定管架荷载、允许长细比及计算长度,正确分析计算管架内力,选择与管架匹配的管托和基础形式,对管架设计的科学性、安全性、经济性十分重要。

Abstract:Pipe supports are special structures,pipe racks and pipe both the formation of a space system and to work together.Depending on the pipe rack structural features,a reasonable choice for rack-type,determine the pipe rack loads,allowing the slenderness ratio and calculation of length,the correct analysis and calculation pipe rack internal force,select the matching pipes and tube frame and basic forms of care,to pipe rack design scientific,safety,economy is very important.
