| 摘 要： | 液晶聚合物LCP具有介电常数小,损耗因数低等特点,正是5G通讯产品所需的材料要求。介绍了LCP材料特点与应用情况,使用LCP材料经过各种加工后,用于各种5G通信产品中。描述了LCP材料在5G通讯产品中应用案例,其中挠性电路板、基站天线振子和基站高速连接器是5G通信中应用最广泛的产品。随着LCP材料进一步地研发,降低材料成本,将会更加广泛地应用于5G通信产品,促进5G网络的发展。

| Abstract: | Liquid crystal polymer LCP has the characteristics of small dielectric constant and low loss factor,which is the material requirement of 5G communication products.This paper introduces the characteristics and application of LCP material,which is used in 5G communication products after various processing.This paper describes the application cases of LCP materials in 5G communication products,among which flexible circuit board,base station antenna vibrator and base station high-speed connector are the most widely used products in 5G communication.With the further development of LCP materials and the reduction of material cost,it will be more widely used in 5G communication products and promote the development of 5G network. |
