热轧粗轧机刚度影响因素分析

摘    要:针对八钢热轧厂粗轧机轧制状态不稳定,轧制板形差,易产生镰刀弯和S弯,造成热卷箱卷形差,精轧机凸度及浪形难以控制等问题,对比分析认为粗轧机刚度对板形影响较大。统计数据表明粗轧机刚度值自2018年起始终低于4000kN/mm,远低于最初设计值5000 kN/mm,且传动侧与操作侧两侧刚度差值始终不稳定。通过对影响轧机刚度因素分析,明确设备精度对轧机刚度变化起着重要作用。提出了相应改进措施提高设备精度,最终达到稳定轧机刚度的作用。

Abstract:In view of the unstable rolling stateof rough rolling mills of hot rolling mill of Bayi Steel,bad rolling shape,easy to produce sickle bend and S-bend,resulting in bad roll shape of hot coil box,and difficult to control the crown and wave shape of finishing mill,etc.,through comparative analysis,it is found that the rigidity of roughing mill has a great influence on the shape of plate.Statistics show that the rigidity value of roughing mill is always lower than 4000kN/mm since 2018,far lower than the original design value of 5000kN/mm,and the rigidity difference between the driving side and the operation side is always unstable.Through the analysis of the factors affecting the mill stiffness,it is considered that the equipment accuracy plays an important role in the change of mill stiffness.The corresponding improvement measures are put forward to improve the accuracy of the equipment and finally to stabilize the mill stiffness.
