组态思维下众创空间运行效率的影响因素——基于模糊集的定性比较分析

摘    要:目的众创空间是一个以创新创业为中心的生态系统,影响其运行效率的影响因素必然相互联系、共同演化,因此本研究将在组态的思维下研究影响众创空间运行的最佳组态。方法通过将杭州27家众创空间作为案例,运用模糊集定性比较分析技术(fsQCA),进行必要性分析和组态分析。结果服务能力和管理能力是众创空间运行良好的必要条件,并得到了两种利于运行效率的提高组态。结论服务能力和管理能力的提升对众创空间的发展至关重要;适合众创空间发展良好的类型有综合能力型和专业导向型。

Abstract:Objective Maker Space is an ecosystem centered on innovation and entrepreneurship.The influencing factors on its operating efficiency are interrelated and co-evolved.Therefore,this research will study the optimal configuration that affects the operation of Maker Space under the thinking of configuration.Methods By taking 27 makerspaces in Hangzhou as cases,and using fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA),we did the necessity analysis and configuration analysis.Results Service ability and management ability are the necessary conditions for the good operation of maker space.We also found two kinds of configuration both good for improving operating efficiency.Conclusion The improvement of service ability and management ability is crucial to the development of maker space.The types suitable for the good development of maker space include comprehensive ability and professional orientation.
