摘    要:随着人们对轮胎要求越来越高,生产厂商提高轮胎的均匀性及动平衡性能成为当前重要课题。轮胎中胎面长度对轮胎性能起到很大的作用,会影响轮胎的动平衡性。为了提高胎面裁断长度精度,系统对胎面定长方式改造。通过PLC控制FESTO伺服驱动器,完成系统控制。利用激光测距传感器和装有计米轮的编码器对胎面长度进行控制,从而提高胎面长度精度。

Abstract:As people’s requirements for tire performance become higher and higher, manufacturers’ improvement of tire uniformity and dynamic balance performance has become an important issue at present. The tread length of the tire has a great effect on the tire performance, and it will affect the dynamic balance of the tire. In order to improve the accuracy of the tread cut length, the system modified the tread length fixing method. FESTO servo driver was controlled by PLC to complete system control. The laser ranging sensor and the encoder equipped with JMQ are used to control the tread length, thereby improving the accuracy of the tread length.
