气体灭火系统设计验证模拟实验研究

摘    要:为强化气体灭火系统的安全性和可靠性,总结气体灭火系统管网设计现状及相关规范要求。进行最短和最长输送距离的管网系统模拟实验,测得喷射时间、喷嘴压力、灭火剂释放量、减压孔板下游最大压力等参数,并与气体灭火系统设计验证软件进行比较。结果表明,实际参数与国家标准理论参数存在较大偏差。针对存在的问题提出对策建议。

Abstract:In order to improve the safety and reliability of the gas fire extinguishing system,the situation of gas fire extinguishing system pipeline network design and related standard were summarized.The pipe network system simulation experiments of the shortest and longest conveying distance was carried out.The parameters such as spray time,nozzle pressure,fire extinguishing agent release,and maximum pressure downstream of the pressure reducing orifice were measured,and compared with a design verification software of the gas fire extinguishing system.The results showed that the actual parameters deviate greatly from the national standard theoretical parameters.Countermeasures against existing problems were put forward.
