摘    要:为确保磷酸铁锂储能电站安全可靠运行,降低磷酸铁锂储能电池的火灾风险,针对磷酸铁锂储能电站电池预制舱的火灾防火和灭火系统控制策略展开研究。以磷酸铁锂电池早期热失控及热扩散的特征气体参数为探测对象,对电池热失控状态进行预测预警,及早预测电池异常状态。采用与电池管理系统(BMS)智慧联动,提出多层次火灾报警控制策略,以控制电池舱爆炸风险隐患,保障储能系统安全。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of lithium iron phosphate energy storage power station and reduce the fire risk of lithium iron phosphate energy storage battery, the fire prevention and extinguishing system control strategy of lithium iron phosphate energy storage power plant battery prefabricated cabin is studied in this paper. Firstly, the characteristic gas parameters of early thermal runaway and thermal diffusion of lithium iron phosphate batteries are taken as the detection objects, and the thermal runaway state of batteries is predicted and warned, and the abnormal state of batteries is predicted as early as possible. Secondly, in order to control the potential explosive risk of batteries cabin and guarantee the safety of energy storage system, a multi-level fire alarm control strategy is proposed, by intelligent linkage with the battery management system (BMS).
